Sometimes OS or other applications on your phone can conflict with VeePN. To prevent this from happening, make sure you:

1. Add VeePN to the exceptions in your antivirus, cleaner, and power saver apps. As they are constantly up and running in the background, they can block VeePN from connecting even without your knowledge.
2. Reset your device configuration. Due to conflicting settings, you may be experiencing network troubles. To reset your Android device, follow this path: Settings – Backup & reset – Network settings reset – enter your graphic key or passcode – tap on Reset settings once again.
