VeePN allows only one day of usage without the account activation. Make sure that your account is correctly set up by following these steps:

  1. Click the Menu icon at the top left corner (three parallel lines), and choose “Account Details.” Here you can see the up-to-date info on your account. To activate your account, you have to confirm the email address you specified during registration.
  2. Make sure you are using the right password. To be sure you are using the right account and there are no issues with it, try to log in on our website using your email and password.
  3. Check if there are any application updates. Updating our app timely is crucial for its operation. Click the Menu icon, go to the Settings –> General and see if there is a message notifying you about the update. If there is, update and restart the app.
