I have made a purchase, but my account is still inactive.
Depending on the payment type you have used, processing can take some time. Credit card and BitCoin payments can sometimes take up to an hour to proceed.
To make sure the payment was successful, check the email you specified for a check. If you can’t see it after an hour, contact the support of the institution you used for payment.
If you do see a check, but the account is still inactive, please, create a ticket or email it to us via [email protected] Make sure you DO NOT cover up the date of the transaction and its status (“transaction is successful”).
