If your device does not connect to VeePN, perform the following actions:
1. Open the VeePN app on your device.
2. Click on the menu icon at the top left corner. Choose Settings – VPN Protocol.
3. Pick a different protocol from the drop-down menu.
4. Check your device configuration.
5. Also, try to choose another server or another location and reconnect.
