According to our policy, every user receives 10 device slots under any type of subscription. You can use all 10 simultaneously. When you see this message, this means you have filled up all the ten slots, and you cannot protect any more devices. There are three ways to resolve this problem:
1. Delete devices you no longer use, so you do not need to protect them and add new ones.*
2. Set VeePN on your router, so any device that connects to your network is automatically protected. This way you can connect an unlimited number of devices.
3. Purchase additional slots to protect all the devices you need with ease. The price starts as low as 0.4$ per gadget. You can find more information on the Extra Features page on our website.
*Note that you can delete 1 device a week.
