Canceling an annual subscription or 5-year subscription

Taking out an annual subscription or 5-year subscriptions commits you for a minimum of one year or 5 years accordingly. If you face issues that may prevent the proper functioning of the application, we will consider a decision regarding cancelation.

Monthly subscriptions

If you have received a renewal invoice and do not wish to continue with the subscription, please send us an email at support@veepn.com. We will cancel the subscription for the next period, the current period of the subscription will stay active.

Subscription purchased on the Apple Store

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple Store can be canceled within 3-days of the trial period. Please, go to your iTunes & Appstore account and cancel your subscription.
Unless it’s not canceled within 3 days you will get charged for the subscription. You can find more details on how to cancel the subscription on your Apple Store account here.

Subscription purchased through PayPal

Subscriptions purchased through Paypal can be canceled in your PayPal account. You can find more details by visiting this page.
