Something might have gotten awry in the app. Try following steps to bring everything back to normal:
1. Switch between TCP and UPD protocols. Click on the Menu at the top-left corner, go to Settings and then choose TCP or UPD depending on the one you had before.
2. Try a different server or location. Tap on the drop-down list with servers, and pick a different one.
3. Try to uninstall VeePN. Go to Google Play Store, search for VeePN, and on the app’s page click “Uninstall.” After the process is complete, you can install the app again.
